Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer / Microsoft Copilot Studio Technical Lead with 12–15 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade Microsoft solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Azure-based automation solutions.

This is a technical leadership role requiring hands-on development, architecture guidance, stakeholder collaboration, and the implementation of scalable AI-powered business solutions.

Required Skills

Microsoft Copilot Studio

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio

• Conversational AI and chatbot development

• Designing, developing, and deploying enterprise Copilot solutions

• Integration with Microsoft ecosystem and business applications

Power Platform

• Extensive experience with:

  • Power Apps

  • Power Automate

  • Canvas Apps

  • Dataverse

• Designing and implementing enterprise Power Platform solutions

• Workflow automation and process optimization

SharePoint Online

• Strong SharePoint Online development and administration experience

• Lists, Libraries, Permissions Management

• Integration with Power Platform applications

Azure & Automation

• PowerShell scripting and automation

• Azure Functions development using PowerShell

• REST API integrations

• Microsoft Graph API

• Enterprise integration patterns

DevOps & CI/CD

• CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation

• Source control and release management best practices

• Azure DevOps experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions.

• Develop conversational AI applications and intelligent automation workflows.

• Build and enhance Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.

• Develop scalable Canvas Apps and enterprise workflow automations.

• Design and implement SharePoint Online solutions and integrations.

• Create PowerShell automation scripts and Azure Functions.

• Integrate enterprise systems using REST APIs and Microsoft Graph APIs.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.

• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and best practices guidance.

Required Qualifications

• 12–15 years of overall IT experience.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Extensive Power Platform development experience.

• Deep SharePoint Online expertise.

• PowerShell scripting and Azure Functions experience.

• Experience with Dataverse, REST APIs, and Graph API.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Insurance industry experience.

• Azure DevOps experience.

• Enterprise-scale Power Platform implementations.

• AI-powered business process automation initiatives.
