Job Summary

seeking an experienced AI Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise Agentic AI solutions within the healthcare domain. This role requires a seasoned Product Owner with a strong background in Healthcare Products, Consumer Healthcare Product Development, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), AI/ML products, and TriZetto. You will work closely with business stakeholders, AI/ML engineers, architects, UX teams, and compliance partners to deliver innovative AI-powered healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Agentic AI products.

• Identify high-value AI use cases that improve healthcare operations and customer experience.

• Manage and prioritize the Agile product backlog.

• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Define AI agent behaviors, decision boundaries, success metrics, and human-in-the-loop workflows.

• Partner with engineering teams to design scalable AI architectures.

• Collaborate with Data Science teams to evaluate AI accuracy, reliability, and performance.

• Drive AI governance, compliance, transparency, auditability, and responsible AI initiatives.

• Lead product launches, pilot programs, and continuous product improvements.

• Present product strategy and progress to executive leadership.

• Coordinate cross-functional Agile teams throughout the product lifecycle.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work onsite in Louisville, KY.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TriZetto Products.

• Healthcare payer experience.

• Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI.
