Position Summary:
The Digital Experience & Content Manager is responsible for driving USF Credit Union’s digital presence, engagement, and growth across key digital channels, including social media, search, YouTube, email, and the website. This role leads the development and execution of content and digital marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, strengthen member engagement, and support member acquisition goals. The position combines content creation, storytelling, digital channel management, and performance marketing to deliver measurable results. The Digital Experience & Content Manager continuously analyzes audience behavior, tests and optimizes content and campaigns, and leverages digital platforms to create meaningful connections between the credit union, its members, and the community. This role plays a key part in building a strong digital experience that enhances brand awareness, drives growth, and supports the organization's overall marketing objectives.
Essential Functions Include:
Digital Growth & Performance Marketing
- Executes and optimizes digital advertising campaigns across key platforms.
- Uses audience insights and performance data to improve campaign results.
- Tests and refines creative, messaging, targeting, and conversion strategies.
- Maximizes digital marketing investments to drive awareness, engagement, and member growth.
Website & Digital Experience Leadership
- Manages and enhances the digital member experience across the website and landing pages.
- Ensures a user-friendly, mobile-first, and conversion-focused online experience.
- Partners with stakeholders and vendors to improve website functionality and performance.
- Maintains relevant content while supporting SEO and digital growth goals.
Analytics & Continuous Optimization
- Monitors and analyzes performance across digital marketing channels.
- Uses data and insights to drive growth and improve results.
- Tracks key metrics aligned with business objectives.
- Promotes continuous testing, learning, and optimization.
Social Media & Audience Growth
- Leads social media growth and engagement across key platforms.
- Identifies content opportunities based on trends and audience engagement.
- Builds community through authentic interaction and relationship management.
- Tests and optimizes content and storytelling strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Content & Storytelling Engine
- Develops and manages ongoing content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and trust.
- Creates and shares member, employee, community, and organizational stories across channels.
- Produces platform-specific content, including video, social, email, blog, and web content.
- Delivers content that informs, engages, and supports business goals.
- Maintains a consistent content presence to keep the brand visible and relevant.
Email & Lifecycle Marketing
- Develops and executes email marketing campaigns that support member growth and engagement.
- Creates automated and personalized member communication journeys.
- Uses audience segmentation and behavioral insights to improve performance.
- Optimizes email content, design, and delivery based on campaign results.
Innovation & Digital Leadership
- Stays current on digital marketing trends, technologies, and emerging platforms.
- Leverages AI, automation, and new tools to improve efficiency and results.
- Promotes innovation and continuous improvement across digital marketing efforts.
- Ensures work is completed with creativity, accountability, and compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partners with internal teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
- Collaborates with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance digital marketing efforts.
- Supports integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness and business results.
Reports to:
Director of Brand Strategy & Marketing
Required Education and Experience:
- 4–6 years in digital marketing, content creation, or growth marketing
- Strong experience with social media content creation and paid ads
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools
- Comfortable editing or directing short-form video content
- Experience with email platforms and marketing automation preferred
- Financial services experience strongly preferred
