Summary of Functions:
Supervises shop employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment: plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions. Typical staff size is 18-24.

Works in conjunction with Customer Service Department, Engineering, and production employees

Role Qualifications:
• Must be able to improve working conditions (safety, quality, productivity, cost) and increase subordinates' skills and capabilities.
• Must prepare activity plans and discuss them with manager.
• Must be able to assist Production Manager in improving a system of production control, standard operating procedure, safety, quality control, and performance management.

18. 3 years experience in a fabrication/manufacturing environment.
19. 5 years of management experience
20. Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
