Security Site Supervisor

Location: Braintree, MA 

Job Type: Full-time | In-Person

Pay: From $22.00 per hour (FREE PARKING)

Position Hours: Sunday through Thursday (7am - 3pm)

We are seeking an experienced Security Site Supervisor to lead our client’s security operations at one of New England’s most prestigious private schools in Braintree, MA. As the Security Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. • Minimum of 5 years of proven supervisory experience in security or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of security procedures, protocols, and equipment.

Other Requirements: 

• CLEAN RECORD (ABSOLUTELY NO CRIMINAL ACTIVITY)
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• High school diploma (Associate's Degree is preferred)
• Basic computer skills
• Working knowledge of CCTV, Alarm panels, other security equipment, emergency situations
• Experience training staff, creating schedules and maintaining accurate records for payroll​​
