What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security - Road Supervisor position at USentra Security?
USENTRA Security Services - Now seeking qualified and motivated individuals to fill open ROAD SUPERVISOR positions.
Road Supervisor Duties include: Taking phone calls from officers or clients when main office is closed / Site checks to ensure quality of service / Filling open posts when they occur / Covering shift or part of shift until/unless a qualified officer can be found / Setting a positive example for officers / Addressing issues with officers such as uniform appearance, paperwork content and legibility, job performance - doors or gates locked when they should be, individuals signed in and out, patrols done correctly and according to site schedule, etc.
Requirements: At least 2 years of security supervisory experience / Minimum of High School Diploma or GED / Valid driver's license / CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD / CLEAN DRIVING RECORD / Good communication skills - verbal and written / The ability to lead and positively motivate others / Professionalism in appearance, attitude, and conduct / Scheduling experience is a plus
Positions available: Weekends - Saturday & Sunday - Noon to midnight / Midnight to noon
Pay rate: $20.00 per hour
