Job Title: Bilingual Booking Coordinator (Spanish/English)
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Schedule Requirement: Must be available to work on Sundays (with one day off during the week)
Transportation: Own transportation required (Driver License)
Location: On-site | Office located in Springfield
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Booking Coordinator to join our team in Springfield. This person will be responsible for creating and managing employee schedules, ensuring proper staffing coverage, and maintaining compliance with labor policies. The role acts as a vital liaison between employees and Human Resources regarding scheduling, performance, and attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and adjust employee work schedules to meet operational needs.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and employee performance; report issues to HR.
- Identify and address staffing gaps, shift coverage issues, or last-minute changes.
- Confirm employee information and work hours to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Assist with candidate screening and hiring when needed.
- Communicate schedule details and updates to staff in a clear and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with internal company policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain organized records of scheduling, attendance, and employee availability.
- Serve as the go-to contact for employee questions or concerns related to booking/scheduling.
- Provide references or documentation supporting your reliability, punctuality, and attendance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Native Spanish speaker (required).
- Prior experience in scheduling, booking, or workforce coordination is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English (oral and written).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Typing speed of at least 54 WPM.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
