What are the responsibilities and job description for the North America Account Manager position at usecure?
Account Manager (North America)
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (office-based role)
Reports to: Sales Manager (North America)
About usecure
At usecure, we're transforming how organisations manage human cyber risk. Our fast-growing SaaS platform helps businesses automate security awareness training, run real-world phishing simulations, and simplify compliance, ultimately building a stronger security culture for customers around the world.
As a UK-based, investment-backed company with global reach, we are now looking to accelerate our expansion into the North American (NAM) market by building our first US-based sales team.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for hungry, value-driven Account Managers to form the hub of this new office. You will be responsible for helping to accelerate our growth in North America, being the key point of contact for clients as they evaluate, purchase and deploy our cyber security solution.
This role will involve a mix of working with existing distribution partners and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). You will own the full sales cycle: identifying cold opportunities, qualifying inbound marketing leads, running high-quality product demos, closing deals, and managing relationships after onboarding.
You’ll be a key component of the face of usecure in the US market. This role suits process driven sales professionals who thrive in a fast-growing environment, love both farming and hunting, and enjoy education and collaboration-based selling on a genuinely valuable solution.
This is a great opportunity to join a new office in an established company that has a significant presence globally and is consistently growing, meaning you’re well positioned to benefit from the existing momentum in the organization and opportunity for professional progression internally. You can have a real, tangible impact on our growth.
