Company Driver (1099) Position

• Pay Rate: $0.75 CPM
• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Estimated Take-Home Pay: $2,500 – $3,300 per week
• Referral Bonus: $1,000

Owner Operator & Lease-to-Own Position

• Pay Rate: 88% of Gross Revenue
• Estimated Gross Pay: $8,500 – $11,000 per week
• Referral Bonus: $1,000

Job Details & Operations

• Route Type: OTR (Over the Road)
• Freight: Reefer, Dry Van (100% No-Touch Freight)
• Load Type: Primarily Live Load/Unload (No Drop & Hook)
• Weekly Miles: 2,500 – 3,500 miles on average
• Home Time: 1 day off for every week on the road (minimum 3 weeks out required)
• On-the-Road Perks: Pet Policy (Yes) and Rider Policy (Yes)

Equipment

• Trucks: 2024–2026 Freightliner, Peterbilt, and Volvo
• Transmission: Automatic
• Cabin Amenities: Fully equipped with APU, Inverter, and most feature an in-cab fridge
• Trailers: 2025–2026 Reefer and Dry Van

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 23 years of age
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL-A OTR experience
• Minimum 1 year of Reefer experience

Clean Driving Record:

• Maximum of 3 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 36 months
• Maximum of 2 traffic accidents in the last 12 months
• Maximum of 2 stop sign/red light violations in the last 36 months

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,300.00 per week
