Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert behavioral therapy services, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives through evidence-based interventions and collaborative care. The BCBA will work closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral outcomes and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services to children and adults with developmental disabilities, including autism.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency in intervention approaches.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Conduct intake assessments to determine client eligibility and develop personalized care plans.
  • Educate families and team members on behavioral health strategies and progress updates.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards related to patient care, medical records, and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, special education, and behavioral health practices.
  • Experience in data collection, patient assessment, medical documentation, and familiarity with medical terminology.
  • Ability to perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and conduct intake assessments effectively.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with clients, families, multidisciplinary teams, and stakeholders.
  • Compassionate approach with patience for working with individuals with disabilities in various settings. This position is integral to providing high-quality behavioral health services that foster meaningful improvements in clients' lives through evidence-based practices. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,500.00 - $85,500.00 per year
