Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Goddard, KS at Explorer Elementary School. The Reading Intervention Paraeducator will work directly with students to provide reading support under the guidance of certified educators. Responsibilities include assisting with reading instruction, implementing intervention strategies, monitoring student progress, and maintaining accurate records. The role contributes to fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment by supporting individual and small group instruction tailored to students' needs.
Qualifications
