Overview:

USCutter, a leading distributor of vinyl cutters, heat presses, and printing equipment for the custom sign, graphics, and apparel industries, is seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Lead to join our Distribution Center in Tukwila, WA. We’re looking for a reliable, motivated, and organized Warehouse Lead to assist daily operations in our fast-paced eCommerce distribution center. This role is key to ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean, efficient, and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· * Lead day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping

• Coordinate team schedules and delegate tasks to meet daily shipping quotas

• Ensure accurate inventory records and support cycle counting procedures

• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in productivity and accuracy

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols across the warehouse

• Collaborate with logistics, customer service, and supply chain teams to optimize workflows

• Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve order discrepancies or delays

Qualifications:

· * 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in an eCommerce or high-volume retail environment

• Proven leadership experience in managing and training warehouse teams

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcoding, and inventory software

• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude

Preferred Skills:

• Forklift certification and experience operating pallet jacks or other machinery

• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma principles

• Comfort with technology and basic data analysis for performance tracking

Schedule:

· Monday-Friday

· Occasional overtime

· 8 hour shift (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
