The Manager, Technology Strategic Procurement & Budget Management provides oversight for financial planning, budgeting, and procurement strategies within the Information Technology division. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer ( CIO ), this role ensures compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations while optimizing cost efficiency and aligning technology investments with the university’s strategic goals. This position is accountable for the oversight of financial planning for the lifecycle of computing devices, networks, and server equipment, as well as software licensing and monitoring cloud consumption spending.
