Administrative Assistant to the Physician-in-Chief of the USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center
NCCC is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with an exceptional commitment to service excellence to support the new Physician-in-Chief (PIC). As the Administrative Assistant, you will serve as a senior administrative support professional, providing direct executive-level support to the PIC. The Administrative Assistant is tasked with the smooth execution of the PIC’s day-to-day business operations, including scheduling, travel, correspondence, event planning, and project management. The Administrative Assistant acts as a key liaison between the PIC and USC leaders, USC faculty, and members of the community. This is a high profile role that requires independent judgment, strong organizational skills, flexibility, diplomacy, and tact.
