In this position, you will provide regulatory insight and guidance that supports product development, global market access, and compliance decisions, while partnering across teams to ensure alignment on regulatory strategy throughout various product lifecycle. What You Will Do as a USANA Regulatory Affairs Specialist
- Provide regulatory insight and support to ensure compliance with domestic and international requirements
- Serve as a liaison between corporate teams, regional offices, and external partners to align on regulatory strategies
- Review product formulas for ingredient compliance and provide guidance on allowable claims and market restrictions
- Maintain and improve regulatory tools, databases, and processes to support efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure packaging content (labels, cartons, inserts) meets regulatory standards
- Prepare and submit product registrations and certifications to support global market launches
- Monitor regulatory changes and communicate business impact and recommendations to stakeholders
- Assist in resolving complex regulatory issues and provide solutions-based recommendations
- Review marketing materials, labels, and technical documentation to ensure regulatory compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field
- 5–8 years of experience in regulatory affairs or quality assurance, preferably in dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or cosmetics
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international regulatory requirements
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience supporting global product registrations and market launches
- Knowledge of U.S. regulatory environment
- Position is hybrid/remote requiring regular in-office work in Salt Lake City
