About This Role
Talent Development Partner plays a critical role in building organizational capability through onboarding, leadership development, professional development, learning design, facilitation, and project management. This position serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, helping employees develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed to achieve personal growth and organizational goals.
The Talent Development Partner is responsible for facilitating engaging learning experiences, designing and maintaining training content, managing key Talent Development initiatives, and driving enterprise-wide development programs.
This role functions as a trusted learning resource for employees, managers, and leaders. This will entail a highly organized, collaborative, and innovative professional learning with strong facilitation, instructional design, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $73,979.75 - $84,000.00, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential incentives. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus. If you are hired at USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part is any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitation & Learning Delivery (30%)
- Facilitate New Employee Orientation (NEO), onboarding, and instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs.
- Lead workshops on leadership, professional development, compliance, operational effectiveness, and organizational initiatives.
- Create engaging learning experiences using discussions, simulations, role plays, and assessments.
- Support business units with role-specific training and use feedback and outcomes to improve program effectiveness.
- Design, develop, and maintain eLearning courses, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, and other learning resources.
- Partner with stakeholders to assess learning needs and create effective onboarding, leadership, professional development, and role-based learning programs.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to develop engaging, high-impact training.
- Build and maintain content in learning systems and authoring tools and use analytics and feedback to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple learning projects, including schedules, communications, materials, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Track participation, completion, compliance, and program outcomes, while maintaining accurate records and identifying process improvements.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.
- 4-6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Training, or a related field.
- Experience facilitating classroom, virtual, and hybrid learning programs.
- Able to create eLearning and blended learning solutions.
- Knowledge in managing projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Familiar with supporting leadership development, onboarding, and professional development programs.
