Specialized Experience Statements:
GS-13: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector that has equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: evaluating allegations/complaints of inefficiency, misconduct, impropriety, mismanagement, or violations of law (e.g. fraud, waste, and abuse); gathering and evaluating information and evidence; AND researching and analyzing rules and regulations for applicability to alleged wrongdoing; and developing and updating finalized policies, procedures, and regulations; provides, as needed, presentations, briefings, case updates, and/or reports to leadership.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g. Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Salary : $90,925
