Position Summary:
The Assistant Director of Operations supports the Director of Operations in managing organizational workflows, improving efficiency, and driving cross-department execution through process improvement and AI-enabled automation.
Position Details:
- Location: Northbrook, IL
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday on-site
- Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000
- Support daily operational oversight across departments
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects
- Monitor organizational KPIs and operational performance
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions
- Support leadership in execution of strategic initiatives
- Standardize workflows and operational procedures
- Coordinate with department leaders to ensure execution alignment
- Additional duties as assigned
- Must implement AI-driven workflow automation across departments
- Responsible for identifying operational bottlenecks and automating processes
- Expected to build dashboards and AI-assisted reporting systems
- Must integrate AI tools into daily operational decision-making and project execution
Minimum Requirements:
- 7-10 years of operations or business management experience
- 3 years in leadership or project management role
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives
- Strong KPI, reporting, and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare Admin, or related field
- Proven experience implementing process automation or AI-driven workflow improvements
- Ability to design dashboards and data-driven operational systems
