Overview
Pay: $18–$21/hr * Location: Wayland, MI * Status: Full-Time
USA Trailer Wayland is growing fast—and we’re looking for a skilled Jack-of-All-Trades to keep our yard, trailers, and workflow running strong. If you’re mechanically sharp, organized, and confident moving equipment, this role is for you.
You MUST have:
· Experience operating tractors and 10,000 lb forklifts or technical aptitude to learn quickly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather

What You’ll Do
- Unload stacked trailers from flatbeds
- Operate forklifts and yard equipment with precision
- Assemble, Repair and prep trailers for customer pickup
- Move, stage, and hook up trailers safely
- Support customers during hook-ups
- Maintain yard flow and accurate inventory
- Assist with parts unloading and daily shop needs
What You Bring
- Strong mechanical background
- Tractor and forklift experience (certification or proven skill)
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliability, punctuality, and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
Schedule
- Mon–Fri: 9am–6pm
- Sat: 9am–3pm (rotating)
- Average 40 hrs/week overtime in peak seasons
Pay & Stability
- $18–$21/hr based on experience
- Full-time, steady hours, long-term growth
- Must be able to reliably commute to Wayland, MI
