What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool Sports Coach position at USA Sport Group?
Join us at USA Sport Group and help provide exceptional sports education to children! As a Preschool Sports Coach, you will engage with children aged 2 to 7, leading a variety of fun and interactive activities, including soccer, lacrosse, track & field, and t-ball. You will facilitate programs such as: Sports Squirts (ages 3 to 5), and/or Senior Sports (ages 5 to 7). We are seeking individuals with a solid sports background and a positive, upbeat personality that inspires young minds. Spring Season Opportunities and beyond:
Candidates must be available for the entire season, with sessions typically scheduled on Saturday and Sunday mornings, along with weekday afternoons. We provide comprehensive curriculums, all necessary equipment, fantastic rates of pay, and paid training before you begin, ensuring you feel confident and ready to inspire the next generation of athletes. Additionally, ongoing employment opportunities are available beyond the Spring season, allowing you to continue your journey with us and make a lasting impact in our community.
Does this sound like you?
- Previous teaching and/or coaching experience (preferred)
- A fun and bubbly personality to keep the children engaged
- Ability to relate and communicate with children, parents, and co-workers
- Enthusiasm about sports & teaching basic skills to beginners
- Desire to learn and improve as an educator or coach
The ideal candidate SHOULD meet the following criteria:
- Valid driver’s license & access to a vehicle to transport equipment
