As an Early Childhood Activities Coordinator with USA Sport Group, you will lead engaging and interactive "Parent & Me" classes for toddlers aged 18 months to 3 years alongside their parents or guardians. This role involves creating an imaginative and nurturing environment that focuses on early motor skill development, coordination, and bonding through interactive playful activities. By leading the "Parent & Me" classes you will inspire the next generation of children and be hands-on involved in their early development. The ideal candidate has a solid background in early childhood education and possesses a lively, enthusiastic personality that can inspire and energize young minds.
This position offers flexibility in location, as we run programs in various towns and counties. Additionally, we offer schedules that ensure students can participate without conflicting with their academic and/or athletic commitments.

Winter Season Opportunities and Beyond:
We provide comprehensive curriculums, all necessary equipment, fantastic rates of pay, and paid training before you begin. Ongoing employment opportunities are available beyond the Winter Season, allowing you to continue your journey with us and make a lasting impact on our community. You will be required to attend a Virtual Introductory Hiring Presentation in mid-November where you can learn more about USA Sport Group and the coaching opportunities available, from the comfort of your own home! At the conclusion of the presentation, we will outline the next steps in our recruitment process, including an in-person hiring event.
Does this sound like you?
- Previous teaching and/or coaching experience (preferred)
- A fun and bubbly personality to keep the children engaged
- Ability to relate and communicate with children, parents, and co-workers
- Enthusiasm about sports & teaching basic skills to beginners
- Desire to learn and improve as an educator or coach
The ideal candidate SHOULD meet the following criteria:
- Valid driver’s license & access to a vehicle to transport equipment
