The ideal candidate will have experience with 35,000 lbs or larger excavators and demonstrate expertise in one or more of the following areas: demolition, land clearing, forestry mulching, or underground utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a 35,000 lbs or larger excavator safely and efficiently.
• Perform tasks related to demolition, land clearing, forestry mulching, or underground utilities.
• Maintain and inspect equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to create a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to company standards.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
Requirements
• Proven experience operating heavy equipment, specifically 35,000 lbs or larger excavators.
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: demolition, land clearing, forestry mulching, or underground utilities.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
