Location: AVENTURA, FL The qualified candidates must have the following criteria: MUST HAVE D LICENSE. MUST BE BILINGUAL (English and Spanish) Afternoon Shift . Must have a high school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license and clean driving record, Pass a background check. Pass a drug test. Must have own reliable transportation. Good communication skills in the English and Spanish Language. Must have a concierge experience. Good Report writing skills. One year experience working on Guard House and Rover. Able to pay attention to details. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Security Officer to join our team. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and property. Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances. - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks. - Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access - Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns. Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises. Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary. The candidate must be able to walk, stand for long periods of time and work in inclement weather cold, hot or raining.
Schedule as Follow:
1st SATURDAY & SUNDAY 6 AM TO 2 PM TUESDAY 2 PM TO 10 PM Total 24 hours
Pay rate $14.50 per hour
