Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bidding and estimating new project opportunities, managing a team of crews, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to our high standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Bid & Estimate Projects: Identify and estimate opportunities for our construction cleaning services to secure new business.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to support ongoing and future sales.
- Crew Management: Schedule and oversee at least 10 crews, ensuring they are on-site, on time, and complete jobs within the project schedule.
- Performance Management: Evaluate employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and motivate teams to meet project goals.
- Scope of Work: Understand and communicate project scopes to your team, verify work completion with the customer, and ensure high-quality results.
- Supply Management: Order necessary supplies and rental equipment to keep projects running smoothly.
- Payroll Oversight: Oversee and manage crew payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Availability: Be responsive to calls from crew members or clients, both during and after business hours.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using computers and software applications.
- Strong understanding of construction terminology and hierarchy.
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
- Excellent people management and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to thoroughness.
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $90,000 (based on experience)
- Medical and Dental Benefits (eligible after initial 60 days)
- PTO (accrual begins immediately, you are eligible to take PTO after initial 90 days)
