We are seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/CUSTOMER SERVICE to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. he person needs to be a quick learner and be able to multi-task. MUST BE CITIZEN OF UNITED STATE.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Taking messages
- Data entry and typing letters and processing legal documents
- Payment transactions
- Communicating with clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You must have knowledge of basic programs. I.e. Microsoft Word & Excel
- Type at least 40 WPM.
- Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Know basic knowledge of office machines. I.e. Fax & copier
