USA Radiology Management Solutions, LLC is hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and Contract Remote Radiologists to support steady, long-term growth in case volume.
We are a well-established radiology group with 25 years of experience, supported by 40 U.S.-based, Board-Certified Radiologists. Our work serves hospitals and physician groups in Missouri, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, and Georgia, with a consistent mix of inpatient and outpatient studies across all modalities.

Position Overview- Role: Remote Diagnostic Radiologist
- Work Environment: Fully remote
- Schedule: Central Time Zone
- Employment Types: Full-Time, Part-Time, Contract
- Clinical Focus: Diagnostic Imaging & Emergency Imaging
- Fellowship Training: Preferred, not required
- Completion of Diagnostic Radiology residency
- (Residents and Fellows welcome)
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Eligible to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
- 1099 or W-2 options
- Malpractice coverage with tail
- Medical, dental, life, disability, and 401(k) for W-2 physicians
- Guaranteed RVU-based compensation with production incentives
- Daytime RVUs starting at $38 (Part-Time)
- Evening RVUs at $45 (Full-Time)
- Overnight RVUs at $52.50 (1099)
- Modern PACS and dictation systems
- Full credentialing support, including assistance with state licensure
- Option to work additional shifts during scheduled time off
- Common schedules include 1 week on / 2 weeks off, with options for extended time off
