Position Summary
USA Pumps 24 LLC is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Pump Sales Representative to drive sales growth and support customers in selecting the right pumping solutions. This role combines technical expertise with strong relationship-building skills to serve industrial, municipal, and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate pump systems and solutions
- Generate quotes, proposals, and follow up to close sales
- Work closely with service and repair teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and product demonstrations
- Maintain knowledge of pump products, applications, and industry trends
- Coordinate with manufacturers and distributors as needed
- Track sales activities and manage pipeline through CRM
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in industrial, mechanical, or pump sales (preferred)
- Strong understanding of pumps, fluid handling systems, or related equipment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally/regionally
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems
Preferred Skills
- Experience with brands such as Grundfos, Gorman-Rupp, Wilden, etc.
- Mechanical aptitude or technical background
- B2B sales Experience Required
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
