What You'll Learn

- Build and prepare concrete forms
- Install reinforcing steel and conduit
- Pour and finish concrete
- Read production drawings
- Use hand and power tools
- Operate overhead cranes (we'll train you)
- Build products that will last for decades

Experience in manufacturing, construction, warehouse operations, landscaping, farming, automotive repair, welding, fabrication, or concrete is helpful—but not required.

Physical Requirements
This is an active manufacturing position requiring employees to:
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand and walk throughout the shift
- Bend, climb, kneel, and reach frequently
- Safely wear required PPE including steel-toe boots, hard hat, hearing protection, gloves, and safety glasses
