Duties

- Maintain chemical balance by testing water parameters and adjusting chemicals to ensure safe swimming conditions
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems using your mechanical knowledge and repair skills to minimize downtime
- Document all maintenance activities accurately in logs and reports for record-keeping and quality assurance
- Conduct regular pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and emptying baskets to maintain water clarity and hygiene
- Assist with seasonal opening and closing procedures to prepare pools for peak use or off-season storage
Experience
- Previous experience as a service technician or in pool maintenance is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing pool equipment and related systems
- Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques, chemical balancing, and routine maintenance procedures
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic repair equipment necessary for troubleshooting and repairs
