Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial properties.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
- Perform pipe threading and ensure proper connections for water supply and drainage systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with other trades such as carpentry and HVAC for remodeling projects.
- Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety protocols while on the job site.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role in the field service industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
- Proficient in using power tools and performing heavy lifting tasks as required.
- Experience with remodeling projects is a plus, including carpentry skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
