Party Host/ Coordinator

As a Party Coordinator at USA Ninja Challenge, you will be the driving force behind planning, organizing, and executing exceptional fitness based celebrations in our obstacle racing course gym. Your enthusiasm, creativity, and organizational prowess will ensure that every celebration runs smoothly, and is a safe, fun experience that will leave a lasting impression on the entire family.

• Experience working with children ages 4–17 in recreational, educational, or athletic settings.
• Strong customer‑service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally with parents and families.
• Ability to lead groups of excited children while maintaining safety, structure, and fun.
• Comfortable demonstrating basic obstacle skills and guiding children through age‑appropriate challenges.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills to keep parties running smoothly and on schedule.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment—managing check‑ins, transitions, activities, and parent questions.
• Positive, energetic personality with a passion for creating memorable experiences for kids.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and peak party times.
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and solution‑focused when handling unexpected situations.
• Commitment to upholding USA Ninja Challenge safety standards, code of conduct, and child‑protection policies.

• Ability to stand, walk, and actively engage for extended periods.
• Comfortable lifting or moving equipment up to 30 lbs as needed.
• Willingness to complete required safety training, including concussion awareness and emergency procedures.
• Ability to monitor multiple children at once and intervene quickly to prevent unsafe behavior.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
