About the Company
We are a kids's fitness facility inspired by the American Ninja Warrior sport, offering structured obstacle course training for ages 4-17. We are more than a gym, we are a community of youth coaches that helps kids build character, confidence, and resilience thought fitness.
About the Role
We are looking for athletically inclined individuals who love working with kids. No ninja experience is required. We provide comprehensive on the job training.
If you have experience working with children, coaching, leading fitness activities, gymnastics, cheer, parkour, or sports, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities
Lead fun, high energy ninja classes for kids
Set up and clean obstacle courses and equipment
Engage with parents and communicate student progress
Host birthday parties and special events
Serve as a positive role model to every child who walks through our doors
Qualifications
You love working with kids and have coaching or teaching experience
You are reliable, upbeat, and eager to grow
You are available afternoons from 3:30 to 8:00 pm and Saturdays
You are ready to train hard, take feedback, and bring your best energy
Preferred Skills
Experience in gymnastics, parkour, ninja, dance, or sports is a plus
CPR and First Aid certification
Ability to lead warm ups and manage a group with confidence
