Requirements
* Self-Motivated, Entrepreneurial Professionals: We want driven individuals capable of building client-focused businesses
* Proven Sales and Service Experience: Ideal candidates may come retail sales, hospitality (bartenders, waitstaff, hotel management), or call center backgrounds.*
* Recent Graduates and College Athletes: Recent college graduates and college athletes are encouraged to apply. Bring your fresh ideas and passion for an entrepreneurial career—no prior mortgage experience is necessary!
* Commitment to Integrity: We look for candidates who believe in honesty and clear communication with clients and partners.
Requirements
- No prior mortgage experience required.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Obtain NMLS individual loan originator license by passing the SAFE MLO Test.
- Successfully pass a federal background check.
- Willingness to commute daily (M-F) to our Dayton, Cincinnati, or Columbus offices.
- This is not a remote position.
