As a Service scheduler / dispatcher, you will be responsible for all functions related to developing long-term customer relationships with building facilities and owners. Maintaining high level service and customer relationships to ensure maximum revenue through account penetration. This includes generating and dispatching service tickets, communicating with customers to discuss needs while helping give resolutions in a fast paced, dynamically changing environment. In this role you will be part of the dispatching, work ticket conversion to invoice, tracking time and materials.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify customer problems and/or needs and create a dynamic action plan designed to meet them.
- Develop multiple relationships with key players in customer operations.
- Develop relationships with field personnel to best understand capabilities.
- Work with account managers to develop new customers and opportunities.
- Review estimates, to ensure techs are scheduled per design.
- Assist in booking sold opportunities.
- Ordering materials as needed.
- Promote professionalism (presence and documentation).
- Own social media blasts on linked and Facebook as well as assist in website.
- Issuing Truck Stock/Field POs as needed.
- Dispatching/Scheduling.
- Answering/transferring phone calls.
- Update refrigerant pricing regularly.
- Safety training assignments as needed.
- Other tasks as needed to support the department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field experience preferred.
- Must have strong presentation skills.
- A proven history of technical success.
- Proven experience in building customer relationships.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, presentation, and project management skills.
- Exceptional people skills, developed through experience in client-facing roles or customer service and support.
- Excellent and creative critical thinking skills.
- An ability to adjust to changing workflows and demands.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills, a consultative approach, the ability to influence multiple constituents without direct authority, and effective network within an evolving organization.
- Flexibility to travel locally.
- Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
