We have locations in both the Madison and Milwaukee areas, reinsulating homes like no one else does! We are looking for crew leaders, with experience in; construction, insulation, roofing or siding, who can help us grow our teams and business. We are also seeking installers who are looking to learn a new skill/trade.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Work with all types of insulation materials, including USA Premium injection foam, spray polyurethane foam, loose fiberglass, ventilation and other products
· Work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
· Work outdoors on ladders (up to 28’)
· Ability to climb (including a ladder), bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand daily to perform work.
· Work with hand tools, drills, pumps, and all equipment necessary for installing insulation
· Provide excellent customer service, including keeping interior and exterior of home/business clean during and after installation
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
· Must have valid regular driver's license, reliable transportation and be insurable to drive company vehicles
· Must complete and manage paperwork as needed
· Must have good organizational and communication skills
· Must be able to lift and move 80 lbs.
· Working knowledge of siding, home building, drills, and other tools
· Must be coachable and a team player
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
· Insulation or construction experience desired but not required
· Ability to trouble shoot products and insulation problems
