Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with prequalified warm leads to understand home comfort and efficiency needs (some meetings in evenings and Saturdays)
- Perform inhome evaluations and explain recommended insulation solutions
- Guide homeowners through options using a clear, consultative process
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Build trust, answer questions, and support homeowners in making informed decisions
- Coordinate next steps with the installation team to ensure a smooth experience
- Maintain accurate notes and followup within our proven workflow
- Wants pre-set appointments
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Salesperson or in a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Results-driven and motivated to exceed sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
- Effective time management and organization.
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
