What You'll Do
- Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners — no cold calling, no door knocking
- Deliver in-home consultations and close on the first visit
- Educate homeowners on what wall insulation actually is, why it matters, and why now
- Use a proven process to build trust, handle objections, and win the job
- Own your schedule, your territory, and your results
- Top earners make $120K–$150K on a full slate of appointments
- Pre-qualified leads provided — you show up and sell
- Flexible days and time slots — designed to work around an existing schedule if needed
- Paid training to get you up to speed fast
- Company-provided tablet, CRM access, and a support team behind you
- Territory covers Central Kentucky and/or the Louisville/Kentuckiana area — as wide or focused as you prefer, with day travel only
- A proven closer who asks for the sale — every time
- Experienced in home services sales or commission-based selling (preferred, not required if you can close)
- A confident communicator who earns trust quickly in someone's home
- Comfortable with flexible, performance-based income — you know what you're worth
- Located in or familiar with Central Kentucky or the Louisville metro area
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel locally
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
