Compensation & Benefits:

USA Insulation is the sole provider of USA Premium Foam® Insulation — a proprietary product we inject directly into the wall cavities of existing homes from the exterior. The Opportunity

We're looking for a closer — not an order taker.

This role is built for the sales professional who already knows how to read a room, build trust fast, and ask for the money without flinching. If that sounds like you and you're looking to either supplement your current income or step into something flexible that rewards your skills on your own terms, keep reading.

Maybe you're already selling in home services — HVAC, windows, roofing, gutters, water treatment, security — and you're sitting on transferable skills and an open schedule a couple days a week. Maybe you're semi-retired, still sharp, still hungry, and tired of watching your closing ability collect dust. Either way, this could be the fit you didn't know you were looking for.

What You'll Do

  • Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners — no cold calling, no door knocking
  • Deliver in-home consultations and close on the first visit
  • Educate homeowners on what wall insulation actually is, why it matters, and why now
  • Use a proven process to build trust, handle objections, and win the job
  • Own your schedule, your territory, and your results

Who You Are

  • A proven closer who asks for the sale — every time
  • Experienced in home services sales or commission-based selling (preferred, not required if you can close)
  • A confident communicator who earns trust quickly in someone's home
  • Comfortable with flexible, performance-based income — you know what you're worth
  • Located in or familiar with Central Kentucky or the Louisville metro area
  • Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel locally

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
