The Role
You ask for the sale every time. You don't fold when someone says "let me think about it." You've sold in someone's home before, or you're young, hungry, and sharp enough to learn fast. Either way, you carry yourself professionally and you know the difference between pushing and persuading.
Semi-retired and still sharp? Great. Side-gigging your way to a better W-2? Also great. Just not selling insulation anywhere else.

- Run pre-set, pre-qualified in-home appointments — no cold calling, no door knocking
- Educate homeowners, handle objections, and close on the first visit
- Work a few days a week, or full time — your call
- Cover Central Kentucky
- $120,000–$150,000 first-year earning potential
- Commission-based with performance bonuses
- Paid training
- Leads are set for you — you just show up and sell
