- Build and maintain strong relationships with Realtors, brokers, and lenders.
- Organize and deliver office presentations and lunch-and-learns.
- Drive brand visibility through digital and in-person outreach.
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns and track growth metrics.
- Represent our company at real estate events and community functions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (real estate industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and social media marketing.

Compensation: $50,000 REALISTIC commission (OTE $85K–$110K)
