Job Title: Equipment Assistant/ Locker room Attendant
Department: National Team Development Program, located in Plymouth MI
Reports to: Equipment Manager, National Team Development Program
Basic Function: Assist Equipment National Team Development Program Equipment Staff
Responsibilities:
- Equipment Assistant and Dressing Room attendant for USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program
- Laundry room operations for u17 and u18 national teams where required
- Assist equipment staff with dressing room cleaning and preparation
- Liaison for visiting teams equipment needs, including locker room setup/ teardown
- Prepare bench areas for home games
- Stock necessary supplies in locker rooms
- Monitor usage of dressing room areas for damage, other areas of concern
- Assist building staff with cleanup of dressing rooms
- Minor equipment repairs with anticipation of growth and development
- Other duties as assigned by director of ops, coaching, or equipment staff
Qualifications:
- Must possess current Safesport certification or ability to obtain on hiring
- Required to submit to criminal background check
- High school diploma
- US Citizenship
Wage: $24-26/ hour, approximately 37.5/ week, schedule will be flexible depending on teams
FT hourly position with benefits.
Benefits include health, dental, vision, vacation accrual to 75 hours per year, 2 personal days, 52.5 sick hours per year, 12 paid holidays plus a summer break, 403B with a 4% match after six months
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
