Responsibilities
- Performs moves, adds, and changes (MAC) for IP, digital, and analog telephone systems.
- Configure and update voicemail boxes, call routing, and user features across supported platforms.
- Conduct basic programming and system adjustments within PBX environments.
- Provide end user training on supported telecom platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution and documentation.
- Assist with system upgrades, equipment installations, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Document all work performed, including configuration changes, ticket updates, and customer interactions. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to support telecom infrastructure and service continuity.
- Maintain compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and telecom best practices.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and support to end users in office and field environments.
- Must be able to support after hours telecom issues as part of an on call rotation.
- Must be able to travel between USA Health facilities.
- Completes all mandatory department, educational and hospital requirements
- Adheres to current Infection Control and Safety Standards
- Regular and prompt attendance
- Ability to work schedule as defined and overtime as required
- Related duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Required OR
- Associate's Degree in computer science, information systems or a related field and 3 years of experience in network, telecommunications, or IT field work. Required
- Directly related experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required education. Required
- Experience with Mitel, Avaya, Kloud7, ASCOM, or Voalte. Preferred
- Comparable combination of education and experience may substitute for the above requirements.
