Responsibilities
- Provides support for USA Health's devices, networks, applications, security and other equipment
- Works as a team member on IT projects
- Installs application software
- Assists in software/hardware problem identification and resolution and provides end user training
- Participates in IT project planning by recommending technical solutions, process changes, and training needs
- Works with IT vendors to ensure effective use of applications, products and support
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation to meet project reporting requirements
- Escalates unresolved issues to next level of support or supervisor
- Tracks, routes and redirects problems to correct resources
- Follows-up with end users to ensure issues or projects are resolved
- Maintains knowledge of USA Health applications and devices
- Seeks educational opportunities in Electronic Health Records, IT Security, Microsoft products, and Dell Products
- Completes all mandatory department, educational and hospital requirements
- Adheres to current Infection Control and Safety Standards
- Regular and prompt attendance
- Ability to work schedule as defined and overtime as required
- Related duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Associate's Degree from an accredited institution with an Information Technology focus and 1 year IT experience. Required OR
- IT experience will substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required education Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree will substitute for the requires experience Preferred
- Comparable combination of education and experience may substitute for the above requirements.
