JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Associate/ Receptionist to join our fast-paced team in Woodland Hills. As the first point of contact for our clients and (occasional) visitors, you will be responsible for handling a very busy phone line, providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk, and other data entry and administrative tasks as required. If you are a positive person with excellent multitasking abilities, we want to hear from you!
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide assistance to clients and visitors with inquiries and requests.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and witness interviews
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to positively communicate with clients and employees daily
- A "Let's do this!" attitude -- connects quickly, proactive, follows through
- Must be dependable, aware and responsive
- An adept multitasker
- Excellent organizational skills
- Adept at handling several responsibilities at once (with a smile!)
