Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role located in Haltom City, TX. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing executive administrative tasks, providing personalized support to executive leadership, and ensuring efficient operation of daily activities. Core tasks include calendar management, coordinating appointments, handling communications, and performing various clerical duties, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Some Quickbooks necessary. Flexibility and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Personal Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Management and scheduling appointments
- Excellent Clerical Skills, including document preparation and organizational abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
