Production Analyst

We are seeking a Production Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for preparing and verifying production orders, ensuring all jobs are accurate, complete, and ready for the shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize production orders based on work orders and documentation in the system
- Verify that all job details (cutting, edging, polishing, and fabrication requirements) are accurate before submission
- Ensure all scheduled orders are completed and sent to production on time
- Communicate with internal teams and clients via email regarding order questions or revisions
- Request approvals when required before releasing jobs to fabrication
- Report any damaged or missing items identified during templating
- Follow company procedures for order processing, submission, and delivery
Qualifications
- Experience in the granite, stone, or cabinetry industry is required.
- Prior experience in production coordination, order management, or planning.
- Strong knowledge of different countertop and stone materials.
- Ability to read and interpret cabinet layouts, blueprints, and production documents.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with both internal teams and clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment where attention to detail is critical.
