Role Summary:
USA Digital Communications is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will focus on promoting our suite of connectivity and communication solutions to prospective clients while delivering exceptional customer service to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, targeted calling, events, and other lead-generation methods.
· Sales Presentations: Present and promote USA Digital Communications products and services to prospective clients in a clear, professional, and compelling manner.
· Sales Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to tailor sales approaches, upsell existing customers, and close new deals.
· Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on industry developments and company products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
· Quotas and Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
· CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the company’s CRM system, including logging sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
· Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
· Reporting: Provide regular sales performance reports and updates, including forecasts, customer feedback, and pipeline analysis.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Account Executive, or in a similar sales role, preferably in telecommunications or technology.
· Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management practices.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong work ethic.
· Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
· Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. HubSpot knowledge a plus.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
