Duties:
- Lead crews, offer feedback, assist crews and train new employees in completion of the job duties in accordance with all company and client policy
- Lead multiple crews in performing vacuum and hydro blasting services to safely and effectively complete hydro blasting and vacuuming jobs at industrial facilities.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning
- Must have specific knowledge of all Hydro Blast Pumps (10K, 20K, 40K)
- Must have specific knowledge of Liquid Vacuum and Air Machine Trucks
- Load out hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs, i.e. be familiar with all pieces of equipment necessary to safely and effectively complete the required job scope
- Inspect all aspects of work from the jobsite to equipment before commencing work
- Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and all applicable safety paperwork
- Communicate Updates with Clients
- Complete time sheets and all admin paperwork for a job
- Work at Industrial Owner Facilities in and around the Greater Houston Area
- Ability to travel for out of town up to 25% of the time.
- Perform Manual Labor to complete tasks associated with service lines performed by USA Debusk
- Be On Call 24/7
- Able to work shifts up to 12-16 hours (day or night), both indoors and outdoors in the sun, which requires being on your feet
- Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
- Experience in the hydro blasting and vacuuming field
- Valid Driver License
- Pass a Hair Follicle Drug Screen
- Pass all Required Background Screens
