Crew Leader Job Description

USA DeBusk LLC is a leading provider of mechanical and industrial cleaning services, specializing in servicing the downstream energy market.

Job Summary:

The Crew Leader will oversee single crews in performing vacuum and hydro blasting services at industrial facilities. The role involves leading daily crew activities, performing installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks while maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach crew members, offering feedback and training new employees to complete job duties according to company and client policies.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and have general knowledge of Hydro Blast Pumps (10K, 20K, 40K) and Liquid Vacuum and Air Machine Trucks.
• Load out hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs, inspecting all aspects of work before commencing, and completing required documentation on time.
• Assist in general maintenance of company equipment, perform manual labor, and help drive project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 years' experience in Refinery or Construction preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary.
• Able to work shifts up to 12-16 hours, travel for out-of-town assignments up to 25% of the time, and be On Call 24/7.
• Complete all safety training requirements.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be capable of setting up equipment, lifting and carrying hoses up to 50 lbs, working at elevations, and wearing fall protection harnesses.
• Ability to work in confined spaces for 4-7 hours per day and stand or walk for long periods.

Pay Range: $20 - $26 per hour
