Required Qualifications
As a Registered Vascular Technologist, you will play an important role in supporting patients throughout their diagnostic and procedural care. - This employee will work Monday-Friday at the following clinics: Plano, Garland, Richardson, and Arlington**
- Perform vascular ultrasound exams, including DVT rule-outs, insufficiency studies, and arterial exams
- Work directly with vascular patients in a clinical setting
- Assist with RFA, laser ablation, sclerotherapy, Clarivein, and Venaseal procedures using real-time ultrasound guidance for vein mapping, access, catheter positioning, and closure confirmation
- Work collaboratively with physicians to explain the examination results and proposed treatment options to patients
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, including the setup and cleanup of equipment and supplies before and after each patient
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program.
- Recent vascular scanning experience within the past 6 months.
- Experience working directly with vascular patients in a clinical setting.
- RVT or RVS certification, or the ability to schedule the exam before receiving an offer.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Experience coordinating with physicians during procedures.
- Ability to perform scans while patients are standing.
- Proficiency in Spanish, both spoken and written.
- Competitive hourly rate of $38/hr-$48/hr
