Clear Channel Outdoor Job Summary: The Operations Lead - Transit plays a key role in supporting the Operations Manager in overseeing and coordinating daily transit operations across multiple areas. This position ensures the efficient execution of all tasks related to the installation of transit advertising copy and maintenance of transit displays (including electrical components) Job Responsibilities Helps manage transit operations including, but not limited to: Scheduling installations and maintenance work Identifying digital display issues and drive resolution Track and dispatch maintenance jobs in Outdoor 411 Work with transit agencies when needed Work with Sales on all Transit & Shelter Production Monthly Night Inspections/field work for Quality Control Complete All Transit Installs in Quattro and POST Review all camera feeds for digital displays to identify and address issues Performs Quality Control on all daily installations by reviewing all relevant installation photos daily and takes appropriate action, when necessary. Provides operational counsel to branch with emphasis on productivity, cost, safety, environmental issues, technology, new build opportunities, and production capabilities. Monitors, audits, and reports on compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and company safety regulations. Coordinates & revises production schedules and priorities based on Client needs. Works with vendors and contractors to obtain quotes and purchases services, materials & equipment as needed. Performs field and warehousing responsibilities as workload requires (i.e., inventory, receiving, maintenance, and copy installations) Maintains accurate records for inventory of materials, clients, personnel, and other reporting purposes. Represents the company at local agency hearings, inquiries, inspections, etc. as appropriate. Performs other job duties as assigned. Job Qualifications Education and Certifications Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience. Work Experience Two (2) years of experience in the construction trade, logistics, delivery or related field Skills Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills and able to multi-task and balance multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). The Targeted Hourly Range for [California] position is $29.00 to $31.00 Hourly roles are overtime eligible; Operations roles are Productivity Pay eligible.
